Senior Sales Consultant - Wandsworth

Location: Wandsworth, London
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 basic | £60,000 OTE (uncapped, with potential to exceed)
Start Date: ASAP (latest 1 February)

A leading London developer is recruiting two Senior Sales Consultants for a flagship residential scheme in Wandsworth. The on‑site team is established and high‑performing, and they are seeking experienced sales professionals who can join quickly and add immediate value.

The Role
  • Drive sales across the development, consistently achieving and exceeding targets
  • Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to exchange and completion
  • Support and help guide the on‑site team, working closely with the PSM and fellow consultants
  • Build strong, long‑term relationships with purchasers and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain exceptional presentation standards on site and ensure full compliance with sales processes
The Ideal Candidate
  • 3-4 years' experience in residential property sales
  • Strong, consistent sales performance in a target‑driven environment
  • New Homes experience beneficial but not essential
  • Sales‑focused background (no lettings‑only experience)
  • Confident, polished, and able to hit the ground running
  • Comfortable operating at senior level and leading by example on site
