Senior Sales Consultant – Luxury Womenswear

Location: Harrods, London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to play a key role in the launch of a brand-new space within Harrods.

This role is ideal for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and truly make a space their own. From day one, you will be instrumental in launching, nurturing, and growing this new concession – treating it as your “baby” and championing its success through exceptional client engagement and commercial drive.

The Role
  • Take a leading role in the launch and day-to-day running of a new space within Harrods
  • Act as an ambassador for elegant luxury womenswear, delivering a refined and personalised client experience
  • Build, maintain, and grow a strong and loyal client base through genuine relationship-building
  • Proactively promote the collection and encourage multi-occasion purchasing
  • Drive sales performance with a clear focus on achieving and exceeding targets
