  • Strengthen Client Relationships: Be the go-to champion for our clients. Manage contract renewals, align pricing, and stay ahead to tackle churn risks proactively.
  • Drive Upselling & Cross-Selling: Spot opportunities to elevate client success, expand product use, and propose impactful new services.
  • Be the Relationship Architect: Own client relationships, resolve issues swiftly, lead regular business reviews, and ensure interactions align with client goals.
  • Turn Leads into Wins: Partner with Sales Development to transition qualified leads into lasting partnerships; conduct discovery and close deals with confidence.
  • Strategise for Success: Craft account plans to drive growth; maintain pipelines, forecast accurately, and keep the CRM up to date.
  • Hit (and Crush) Your Targets: Consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
  • Inspire Advocacy & Referrals: Create outstanding customer experiences that drive testimonials and referrals.
