The post holder will manage and support a team of four Support Workers, providing guidance, supervision, and direction to ensure consistent and effective practice. The role involves working closely with residents to stabilise their accommodation, develop independent living skills, and access the services they need to sustain long‑term housing. You will also support the development of improved pathways into accommodation, strengthen partnership working with internal and external agencies, and ensure accurate monitoring of outcomes and progress. This is a frontline leadership role requiring strong organisational skills, sound professional judgement, and a commitment to improving outcomes for people experiencing homelessness. All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role.

Who are we looking for?

You will bring a calm, professional approach and the ability to build constructive relationships with individuals who may have experienced trauma, instability, or repeated homelessness. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, the ability to support and guide a small team, and confidence in managing challenging situations. You will be an effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with a wide range of partners, and capable of developing creative solutions to help individuals move towards sustained accommodation.
