Qualifications

• Experience in a relevant role is beneficial.
• Knowledge of UK regulations related to governance and risk management.
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote and embed the Pricing and Underwriting Risk Management Framework.
• Ensure governance and regulatory compliance in Pricing and Underwriting.
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives within the insurance framework.
• Provide reasonable assurance on operational effectiveness to senior management.

Skills

Experience of General Insurance Pricing and / or Underwriting

Understanding of Sustainability in General Insurance

Understanding of relevant UK regulatory requirements

Understanding of the risk management cycle

Understanding of corporate sustainability, ESG initiatives and Environmental impacts

Attention to detail
