A leading retirement services company in the UK is seeking a Senior Risk Manager to provide crucial support in managing operational risks and ensuring compliance. This role requires an externally recognised risk management qualification and significant experience in Financial Services. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management, focusing on risk management frameworks and supporting the company's growth. Hours: Full time- 35 hours
As the Senior Risk Manager you will provide support to the Director of Compliance, making a significant contribution to the effectiveness of the Group Risk function through the development and provision of comprehensive support to business developments and the ongoing analysis of operational risk.
You will support the implementation of the Enterprise risk framework across the Retail business areas.
You will support other Group Risk team members in coordinating the operational risk scenario process in support of the Group's Internal Model and overseeing the operation of the Group's risk management database (SWORD).
