About this role
We’re seeking a commercially aware, results‑driven professional to join our team as a Senior Reward Delivery Analyst focussing on European employee benefits. You will be a critical architect of our operational benefits management and processes, driving compliance, strategic delivery, and an elevated employee experience across diverse international markets. This role demands a blend of deep technical expertise and tactical delivery.
Key components of the position
- Strategic Alignment & Influence : Partner with key stakeholders across our Total Rewards team to translate reward strategy into flawless operational execution.
- Global Benefits Governance : Serve as the authority on European benefits delivery, directly supporting regional and functional people teams, ensuring strict compliance, and championing continuous process optimisation across all markets.
- Vendor Ecosystem Management : Supervise and coordinate workstreams with third‑party vendors for global insurance, pension, and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and value realization.
- Technology & Transformation : Drive the successful implementation of the Global Benefits Platform in our European markets and command all cyclical benefit activities, including annual enrollment, platform changes, and data integrity.
- Employee Experience : Maintain and enhance the global benefits portal to deliver a frictionless, compliant, and highly automated employee experience.
- Data‑Driven : Leverage advanced data and insights to provide guidance and influence decisions across HR.
- Team Mastery & Mentorship : Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical anchor for other Reward Analysts, driving capability development and excellence within the team.
What will you bring to the team
- Benefits Realization : Proven experience in complex business change environments, specifically harmonising and globalising benefits as part of large‑scale programs.
- Vendor Relationship : A track record of owning and successfully managing high‑value relationships with external benefit providers, technology providers and key third‑party partners.
- Specialized Experience : Ideally, a minimum of around 5 years of direct, impactful experience in benefits analysis, design, and administration, with a strong preference for global exposure.
- Advanced Data Proficiency : Strong understanding of analytical and spreadsheet skills (expert in Vlookups, Pivot tables, and complex Formulas) to interpret data and drive high‑impact decisions.
- Strong Communication : An excellent communicator with a proven ability to influence and educate other HR stakeholders and external vendors.
