A leading energy firm in Greater London is seeking a People Analytics professional to join their Reward Team. The candidate will leverage PowerBI and LookML to enhance analytics and insights on People data, directly impacting business decisions. Responsibilities include supporting pay reviews and ensuring data integrity. As a member of the People team you will be the custodian of People data and work with the whole People team to own the creation and delivery of the People Analytics strategy and roadmap. This will include developing business processes via PowerBI / LookML and Workday to enhance the Metrics and Insight offering for People Data to make a difference to the business.
Your main responsibilities will be working within the Reward Team to deliver Analytics and Insights on Reward and People data alongside identifying and making recommendations on how to improve data integrity.
Have a great track record and balance of skills across systems & technical and personal & communications.
We keep our pay ranges broad on purpose to give us and you flexibility to match your experience to our zero carbon mission.
Your pay will be between 50000 and 60000 depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
