Qualifications

• Experienced in overseeing PAS 2030/2035 retrofit schemes.
• Ability to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of HSEQ processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee retrofit assessments and testing.
• Work closely with Contracts Managers on projects.
• Ensure adherence to company policies.

Skills

Proven experience in a similar role

Knowledge of PAS 2030/2035

Team leadership

UK driving licence

Education

Level 4 in Construction or Management (or equivalent)

Level 5 Diploma in Risk Management (Desirable)

Retrofit Assessor qualification

Air testing qualification

Tools

CSCS Card - Black (or working towards)
