Key Responsibilities

• Run a High‑Value Caseload: Manage complex residential property transactions with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
• Meet and Exceed Targets: Drive individual and team performance, achieving KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high‑quality standards.
• Build Relationships: Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
