About the role

As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will support young people in the many different aspects of daily life within our homes including: · Helping young people continue with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and learn new skills.. · Supporting young people to reach their potential and experience new opportunities. · Conducting Supervisions for staff members · Manage the home effectively in the absence of the Deputy or Manager · Effectively lead shifts, direct and support colleagues · Manage health and safety processes in the home including the implementation and monitoring of risk assessments · To support the induction of colleagues into the home · To be responsible for safeguarding and actively promoting the welfare of children and young people
