Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Intensive Care nurse to work as part of a research team responsible for developing and delivering a research portfolio within the intensive care environment.

The successful candidate will work in a highly demanding environment, requiring excellent nursing and research skills, along with attention to detail. This role involves promoting and embedding research within the intensive care setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

This is a challenging opportunity for a self-motivated clinical research nurse to support the ongoing development of clinical intensive care trials.

The post holder will provide specialist knowledge and support in clinical research, acting as a resource for those involved in trials at all levels. They will autonomously plan, implement, organize, and manage multiple research projects, develop networks across multidisciplinary teams and external agencies, and coordinate the relevant study portfolio to meet recruitment and performance targets.
