As Vypr’s Senior Customer Intelligence Team (CIT) Manager – Advanced Capabilities, you will lead the delivery and development of high-impact, research-driven insights that power confident decision making for our clients. This role is essential in ensuring Vypr remains at the forefront of scalable, best-in-class product intelligence across diverse markets and sectors. Working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business, you’ll balance strategic initiatives with operational excellence—driving customer satisfaction, recurring revenue, and innovation through advanced methodologies. You will manage a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure that cutting-edge capabilities are integrated into both managed services and our self-service platform.
About the Role:
The Customer Intelligence Team sits at the heart of Vypr’s insight offering, acting as the centre of methodological and analytical expertise and best practice. As the Senior CIT Manager for Advanced Capabilities, you will be responsible for delivering complex research projects, evolving methodologies, and scaling new capabilities across the business. Your remit includes bespoke client work, commercial enablement, and continuous innovation in how we deliver insight. This role demands deep expertise in both quantitative and qualitative research, along with significant experience in the FMCG, Retail, or Food & Drink sectors.
