SENIOR REGULATORY LAWYER – 5+ PQE, 18 MONTH FTC, LONDON / HYBRID, £63,000 - £65,000 DOE. The organisation offers a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 31 days’ annual leave, private medical insurance, flexible working, and a wide range of discounts and rewards. JOB REF : 2223

Responsibilities
  • This role involves leading a team of officers, supervising complex and high-risk cases, and managing the more challenging legal matters.
  • The Senior Lawyer will support team development and contribute to organisational projects and goals.
Qualifications
  • The organisation is looking for qualified solicitors, barristers, FCILEx, or foreign qualified lawyers with experience supervising staff and managing a caseload within a casework environment.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong legal knowledge, sound judgment, and effective risk assessment, with proven ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and handle investigations or complaints using electronic case systems and performance management tools.
