Overview

Commission uncapped and generous for new business to promote your business development activity

Responsibilities
  • Proactively network and build relationships with existing and new clients — ongoing business development to increase the portfolio of clients in the UK market.
  • Be responsible for employer branding and innovative candidate sourcing strategies for the UK business and work with the leadership team on strategies.
  • Actively contribute to raise awareness of RECRUITERs and market our ability to deliver a rich talent pool to the UK market — some digital marketing experience would be great.
  • Implement sourcing strategies to attract and find the best candidates (LinkedIn, Lusha etc).
  • Develop strong awareness and understanding of our clients’ businesses.
  • Ensure efficiency in time to hire while maintaining a high level of accuracy within our ATS Bullhorn.
  • Negotiate rates/salaries and close deals effectively.
  • Proactively present and sell star candidates to Hiring Managers in new and existing clients.
  • Bring ideas to the business to help us meet strategic goals.
To be considered for an interview
  • 4+ years of agency recruitment experience in either the Media, Technology or Finance space.
  • Demonstrable experience in winning new clients and key account management of long-term existing clients you have retained and can bring to us.
  • Natural networking skills and experience.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter. BULLHORN desirable but not essential.
  • Winning attitude and outlook and an ambitious, self-starter with high personal standards and expectations.
  • Passion about data with the ability to curate talent pipelines on our ATS.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Great phone manner and belief in the power of direct communication with candidates and clients over emailing and messaging.

There will be a book of work across 4 large multinational clients in London placing Contingent workers to SLAs and then Business Development to win new clients for both you and the company to service.
