What You'll Be Doing

360° Recruitment & Sales - Predominantly Temporary Roles

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for temporary placements in adult services
• Drive business development across the Northwest, winning and growing client accounts
• Take detailed job briefs and provide tailored solutions to urgent staffing needs

Proactive Candidate Sourcing

• Use job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, advertising and headhunting
• Register, interview and fully vet candidates to meet compliance standards
• Promote candidates quickly and effectively to fill time-sensitive vacancies

Client & Candidate Relationship Management

• Build strong, trusted relationships within the adult services sector
• Provide consultative guidance and exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Maintain a healthy pipeline to meet the high demand for temporary staff
