Job Description

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience, a majority of which is spent in alternatives
• Deep knowledge of private markets investment strategies and private fund documentation
• An understanding of the investor landscape, though specific investor relationships are not required
• Capable of articulating sophisticated ideas, both verbally and in writing, with experience speaking credibly and clearly with regard to alternative investments
• Commercially minded, with the proven ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do attitude
• A low-ego, as comfortable working independently, as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Outstanding work ethic, well organized and able to work with different stakeholders and across cultures, functions, and geographies
• Further professional qualifications (e.g. CFA, CAIA) are important
• Foreign language skills would be a plus
• Good level of skill with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
