Qualifications

  • Experience of mechanical building services design in the Rail environment, including heating, cooling, hot and cold water, and ventilation systems.
  • Understanding of the requirements of Network Rail and/or London Underground standards.
  • Understanding of the design of controls/BMS for mechanical systems.

  • Producing and supervising high quality building designs.
  • Delivering sustainable, low carbon design solutions.
  • Supervising the completion of detailed designs and the work of others.
