Qualifications

• Proven experience in drainage, utilities, and earthworks estimation.
• Strong understanding of NR standards and rail site constraints.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for civil engineering projects.
• Analyse drawings and assess scope and risk.
• Liaise with clients and gather cost data.
• Develop BOQs and cost breakdowns for packages.
• Identify value engineering opportunities.
• Support tender presentations and negotiations.
• Mentor junior estimators.
