Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge/experience of radiation physics, nuclear engineering, nuclear safety or similar.
• Knowledge/experience of radiation transport methods.
• Ability to conduct radiological safety assessments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct radiological safety assessments.
• Assess radiation damage risk to electronics.
• Develop and deploy radiation detection systems.
• Complete systems engineering design of the secondary shielding system.
• Run and analyse point kernel and Monte-Carlo calculations.
