Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in consultancy or main contractor environment.
• Ambition to progress professionally (RICS chartered or working towards chartership).
• Eligible to work in the UK and hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting across projects.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities and tender documentation.
• Oversee contract administration and final account settlements.
• Lead client meetings and liaise with project teams.
• Provide mentorship to Assistant QS team members.
• Contribute to client relationship management.
