• Experience in construction contract management.

Responsibilities

• Perform all commercial management duties on construction contracts.
• Carry out financial negotiations to secure client contracts.
• Oversee Quantity Surveyors and commercial team members.

Skills

Experience of accurately costing construction projects

Excellent communication skills

Ability to analyse complicated information

Proven experience in negotiation

Education

Relevant HNC/D or degree in Quantity Surveying

Tools

NEC, JCT, FIDIC contracts
