Qualifications

• Senior level experience in a QS / Cost Controller role, ideally in Rail / Construction / Civil Engineering.
• Proficient in various contracting templates and knowledge of Cost Reimbursable contracts.
• Experience recovering disallowed costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project cost control from handover to final account.
• Prepare and issue client applications ensuring timely certification.
• Identify, price, and agree changes with clients.
