• Experience in Quantity Surveying within the Nuclear/Civil engineering sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of NEC suite contracts.
• Professional qualifications or membership with RICS, CIOB, CICES, CIPS are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost estimates and commercial strategy from RIBA Stage 0.
• Manage contractor and supplier engagement with key stakeholders.
• Provide cost planning and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
