A rapidly expanding interiors main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the commercial lead on a major £20m commercial fit‑out and refurbishment project in Reading. This is a high‑impact role with genuine ownership, visibility, and the chance to shape both project delivery and the growth of the business.

The Role

As Senior QS, you'll manage the full commercial lifecycle of the project from procurement and subcontractor management through to cost reporting, change control, valuations and final accounts. You'll be the go‑to commercial lead on a flagship scheme, working closely with project leadership and clients to keep delivery profitable, controlled and on programme.
