A leading water utility company seeks a Senior Quantity Surveyor to shape the future of water infrastructure. You'll oversee high-profile projects, managing budgets of circa £30m yearly while ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Required qualifications include a degree in Quantity Surveying and knowledge of civil engineering projects. This role offers a competitive salary of £54,000 to £70,000 and numerous benefits, including 26 days annual leave.

As part of our Major Projects Delivery Office, you’ll work on high-profile, multi-million-pound projects that drive innovation and sustainability. From pre- to post-contract stages, you’ll be instrumental in delivering new builds and significant developments across our water and wastewater networks. This role is a key contributor to Thames Water’s Capital Delivery Programme and Turnaround Plan, ensuring efficient project execution and cost management.
Working location: This role will be based on a hybrid basis at Clearwater Court; you must be on-site 3-4 days a week as the business requires.
Working pattern: Thirty-six hours a week, Monday to Friday.
It would be ideal for the successful candidate to hold a driver’s licence and have access to transportation.
