Qualifications

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification in Quantity Surveying.
  • Pre and post contract experience is essential.
  • Experience in a UK Consultancy is required.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary team known for its commitment to social value and sustainable construction. You will support and manage a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, and public sectors, including private developments and infrastructure schemes.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
  • RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • Pre and post contract experience
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • A full UK driving licence (desirable)
