We’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to deliver exceptional pre- and post-contract services, drive value, and represent this growing construction consultancy with professionalism.

What You'll Do
  • Lead on cost planning, procurement, and contract advice
  • Manage budgets, valuations, and final accounts
  • Quantity surveying, estimating and cost plans
  • Contract preparation, risk management advice and meeting clients
  • Pricing tender submissions and managing bid submissions
  • Build strong client relationships and resolve disputes
  • Reports, claims and dispute resolution
  • Support business growth and promote our company brand
What We're Looking For
  • Preferably degree-qualified
  • RICS membership preferred
  • Quantity surveying experience ideally within a construction consultancy environment
  • Confident decision maker who is commercially aware
  • Strong commercial and technical skills
  • Proactive, organised, and a confident communicator
