Job summary

A leading construction consultancy in Bromley is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You will work alongside the QS director on significant public sector projects, including a £100m+ regeneration scheme. Responsibilities include pre and post contract services and mentoring the QS team. The ideal candidate will have a Quantity Surveying degree and experience in PQS or Construction Consultancy. The package includes a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 plus benefits like car allowance and private healthcare.

Overview

A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy with an expanding Quantity Surveying team is seeking a professional and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in Kent / South London.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside the QS director, the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role across public sector projects, including a major £100m+ regeneration scheme.
• Carrying out pre and post contract services, and mentoring and line managing the QS team, while interfacing with clients.

Qualifications

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Ideally MRICS, but not essential
• UK PQS / Construction Consultancy experience
• Comfortable delivering multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent pre contract knowledge
