A leading retail cooperative seeks a Senior Quality Manager to oversee the quality process of its own brand products. This hybrid role involves ensuring compliance, fostering supplier relationships, and driving quality initiatives aligned with strategic goals. £60,000 to £66,000 plus great benefits including private healthcare (Work Level 5) — Manchester City Centre. This is a hybrid role with time split between home, the office and visiting our suppliers, depots and stores. 10-month fixed-term contract / secondment.
We’re looking for a Senior Quality Manager to join our Own-Brand Team here at Co-op. In this role, you’ll own and lead the end-to-end quality process for Co-op brand products. You’ll use data and insight to drive continuous improvement, aligning quality initiatives with the strategic goals of the team. From setting and maintaining product specifications to benchmarking against market standards, you’ll ensure our products deliver exceptional quality for our customers and member-owners. You’ll build strong, collaborative relationships with our suppliers to ensure quality standards for our Own Brand Products are clearly defined, understood and consistently delivered. Ultimately, you’ll help us to create amazing products for our customers and member-owners.
