A high-speed rail network company based in the UK is looking for a Senior Quality & Assurance Analyst. The role supports the development and management of an assurance program, focusing on data and insights for reporting. Key responsibilities include managing assurance information, providing analytical support, and ensuring timely completion of actions. Skills in IT reporting tools such as Power BI are required. Base salary: £35244 pa to £41464 pa depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer flexible benefits fund of 15% which is paid on top base salary and is fully pensionable, as well as a range of competitive benefits – check them out in the Benefits section on our website.

As the Senior Quality & Assurance Analyst you will support the development and management of a risk based assurance programme and report on progress against the plan. Assist with provision of data and insights for quality and assurance reporting, including the Risk Control Assure report. Management of all assurance related management information such as action tracking. Management of overdue actions for closure. Assist in the maintenance of a business and project wide operational assurance map and dashboard. Provide insightful analysis of assurance management information. Clearly identifying and presenting issues, risks and trends.
