Senior Property Litigation Solicitor – This is an outstanding opportunity to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm based in an affluent town in Kent. With a solid history of advising individuals, organisations and businesses, our client is now seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to strengthen and help lead its award‑winning disputes team.

About the Role

This is a senior appointment offering the opportunity to play a key role in the strategic development of the firm’s property litigation offering. You will handle a varied caseload of high‑value and complex property disputes, including boundary and rights of way issues, agricultural land disputes and party wall matters. In addition, you will work collaboratively with fellow Partners to grow the department, supervise and mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to client development and firm‑wide initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

The firm is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor operating at Partner level or a strong Senior Associate ready to step up. You will have a proven track record of handling complex property disputes, alongside the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. A commercial and proactive approach, leadership capability and an interest in business development are essential.
