Salary: 70-75k

Location: South East London

Region: London

A long-established, award-winning contractor with over 100m turnover is looking to hire two Senior Project Managers. Their work is of the highest quality, demonstrated by 75% repeat business. They specialize in new build housing schemes of over 120 units. Due to growth, they are expanding their team.

Key Duties:

1. Manage the delivery of high-quality residential developments
2. Handle tendering processes and maintain close communication with clients
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
4. Manage site managers and other key staff to oversee all project elements

Criteria:

1. Proven experience working for a contractor or refurbishment contractor on residential schemes
2. Degree qualified or possess relevant construction qualifications/experience
3. Strong commercial skills
4. Ability to commute to South London
