Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in relevant engineering discipline and/or with relevant experience in Civil Engineering projects.
• Proven portfolio and project management experience, related qualifications desirable.
• Evidence of contract management with experience of NEC 4 forms of contract.
• Good understanding of legislation, technical standards and construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee performance of multiple contractors ensuring standards of governance and quality.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Financial reporting and risk management against capital expenditure budgets.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and constraints associated with the portfolio.
