Job summary

A leading digital health provider is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of radiology software solutions within NHS environments. You will manage complex implementations and foster engagement with clinical stakeholders to ensure operational success. This role requires proven experience with PACS/RIS systems, a strong understanding of clinical workflows, and excellent project governance skills. The position is based in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Our client, a leading digital health provider, is seeking a highly capable and confident project leader to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex radiology IT implementations across NHS Trusts.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience managing the delivery of PACS, RIS, or other radiology systems within the NHS
  • Deep understanding of clinical workflows and radiology department operations
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to communicate with radiologists, clinicians, IT teams, and Trust leadership
  • Ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams, manage vendors, and drive timelines in a complex regulatory environment
  • Demonstrated success in project governance, risk mitigation, and resource planning

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the implementation and deployment of radiology software solutions across multiple NHS sites
  • Facilitate workshops, define business requirements, and translate clinical needs into project plans
  • Build relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure adoption and operational success
  • Navigate NHS change processes, information governance, and compliance
