Job summary

A leading residential & high-end fit-out contractor seeks two experienced Project Managers to oversee luxury fit-out projects. Ideal candidates must have over 5 years of project management experience in high-end residential settings and a proven track record of delivering complex projects valued from £1m to £10m. Responsibilities include managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and coordinating with high-net-worth clients and other stakeholders. Competitive day rate offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience as a Project Manager within high-end residential or luxury interior fit-out.
• Proven ability to deliver projects valued between £1m and £10m+.
• Strong contract administration experience (JCT).

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of residential and high-end fit-out projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for high-net-worth clients and consultants.
• Ensure all site activities are performed in line with health and safety regulations.
