Overview

Are you ready to take the next step in your project management career? We re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading consultancy, working on some of the UK s most exciting infrastructure projects across transportation, utilities, and highways.

This is an opportunity to lead large-scale, complex projects (typically £10m £25m, often larger) from inception to completion making a real impact on the communities these projects serve.

What You ll Do

As Senior Project Manager, you ll:

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end project management commissions.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Advise at a strategic level on project approaches and success criteria.
  • Establish effective project governance, plans, and reporting systems.
  • Manage cross-functional project teams and foster strong client relationships.
  • Oversee cost control, performance management, and risk mitigation.
  • Champion safety, sustainability, and environmental considerations.
What We re Looking For
  • Degree-qualified, ideally in Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience on large-scale infrastructure projects (£100m+).
  • NEC: ECC Project Manager accreditation (essential).
  • Chartered status (ICE, APM, RICS, or similar) preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
