Overview

Role: Senior Project Manager (Contractor)   Location: Central London – Site Based   Salary: £600 per day

Project Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery on one of London’s most iconic super-prime residential developments.

The project includes ultra-luxury interiors with bespoke finishes and specialist wellness/leisure facilities. With many materials procured internationally and high levels of client involvement, the programme demands precision, proactive coordination, and a sharp focus on quality.

Responsibilities

Project Leadership

  • Take full ownership of day-to-day site operations, leading delivery across all construction activities.
  • Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless programme execution.
  • Drive progress while maintaining strict adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards.

Programme & Coordination

  • Coordinate sequencing of high-spec works across multiple trades.
  • Identify and manage interface risks and ensure timely resolution of construction challenges.
  • Collaborate with the design team to review information, drive buildability, and support programme alignment.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all works meet super-prime quality standards, with a hands-on approach to detail and finish.
  • Monitor progress against programme and maintain strict control of HSEQ compliance.
  • Manage and report against KPIs and project milestones.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the key interface between client, consultants, and delivery teams.
  • Lead site meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage expectations with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
Required Experience
  • Proven track record delivering super-prime residential or high-end hospitality fit-out projects on behalf of a contractor.
  • Experience managing complex interiors with bespoke, internationally sourced finishes and FF&E.
  • Strong commercial awareness, coordination ability, and leadership across multiple packages.
  • Confident managing high-pressure programmes with demanding quality expectations.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
