Overview

Huntsman are delighted to be partnering with one of our repeat consultancy clients in their search for a Senior Project Manager.

As a member of the team, you can expect to mentor junior staff and support senior staff in a diverse range of areas, such as:

• Client’s / Owner’s representation
• Programme management
• Project management
• Construction management
• Employer’s Agent/contract administration
• Design management
• Risk management
• Programming / Scheduling
• Procurement advice
• Project set-up consultancy
• Change management
• Project review / Turnaround project monitoring

Candidates will need to be operating at Senior PM level and be pushing to reach Associate within the next year. Junior Associates will also be considered for this position.

It is essential that you have both pre-construction and delivery experience for this role.

Qualifications

Ideally you will also possess or be working towards a professional qualification with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Association of Project Managers or equivalent professional body.

Sector Experience

This firm operate across a number of sectors to include Museums, Galleries, Theatres, Heritage Buildings, Commercial, Prime Resi and High Rise Residential.

Candidates with recent new build residential development experience would be preferable.

Compensation & Location

On offer is a salary between £70,000 - £80,000 plus benefits and this will solely depend on level of experience.

The firm are based in the city of London and offer flexible working.
