About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring they are completed within the agreed scope, time, and cost. You will play a crucial role in planning, progress reporting, budget management, quality assurance, risk management, and stage gates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead medium-sized to large projects, ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Plan and follow up on deliverables, quality, budget, and risk management.
  • Define project team composition with Line Managers.
  • Manage and engage a cross-functional project team.
  • Support line managers in identifying opportunities for competence development.
  • Coach and guide Project Managers and team members.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Close projects with required documentation and shared learnings.
  • Lead by example, fostering innovation and excellence across our global organization.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Certified Project Manager – PMP or equivalent.
  • Mastery of modern project management methods and tools.
  • Ability to manage large multi-discipline projects spanning several years.
  • Proven track record of successful project execution.
  • Experience in a regulated industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
