Senior Project Manager (AV / Audio Visual) £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus * Hybrid * Travel - Direct line to the MD

Run high-spec AV projects today, shape board-level strategy tomorrow.

What you'll be doing

• Run multiple projects from kick-off to test & handover, covering design coordination, procurement, on-site install, and commissioning.
• Produce RAMS, programmes, O&M manuals, and progress reports; chair weekly calls with clients, contractors, and the MD.
• Manage budgets, track variations, raise invoices, and protect project margin.
• Schedule and brief engineers, arrange materials, and keep records up to date in WeQuote / Snagg (full training given).
• Split your time roughly 50% luxury residential / 50% commercial sites - UK travel and the occasional overnight stay are part of the role.

What makes you a fit

• 2+ years' project-management experience in AV / smart-technology integration (residential, commercial, or both).
• Confident reading drawings and coordinating trades on construction sites.
• Solid grasp of MS Office 365; willing to learn cloud tools for scheduling and stock control.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when projects demand.
• Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders informed and calm when deadlines move.
