What You'll Do:
  • Develop and maintain 5-year lifecycle programmes, ensuring accurate pricing and justification for future works.
  • Prepare detailed project briefs and collaborate with estimators to secure costings for planned works.
  • Review condition surveys and maintenance reports to create scopes of work and project estimates.
  • Package survey findings into efficient project plans to minimise disruption and improve delivery.
  • Support tendering and procurement processes, including RFQs and RFTs.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards throughout project planning and execution.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant discipline, plus membership of a recognised technical body.
  • Experience: Proven track record in planning and pricing maintenance and lifecycle programmes. Background in M&E services preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to drive improvement and manage risk effectively.
  • Security: Must hold or be eligible to obtain security clearance.
  • Driving Licence: Full UK valid driving licence required.
