Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to step into a senior role where you'll own client relationships, shape delivery, and lead complex multi-stakeholder projects?

We're working with a growing consultancy that partners with household name clients on projects spanning employee engagement, internal communications, and creative strategy. They're looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in fast paced, multi project environments and can bring both structure and commercial acumen to the table.

What you\'ll be doing

• Leading end to end delivery of multiple high value projects for big name clients


• Acting as the senior point of contact for clients building trust, running meetings, and influencing outcomes


• Driving project profitability and spotting opportunities for account growth


• Mentoring and coaching other PMs to raise delivery standards across the team


• Bringing calm, clarity, and structure to complex, multi-takeholder programmes


• Coordinating cross-functional teams (creative, strategic, digital) to deliver seamless results

What they\'re looking for

• Proven experience managing large scale, complex projects within an agency or consultancy setting


• Commercially sharp, you\'ll be comfortable managing budgets and influencing growth


• A confident communicator, able to hold your own with senior stakeholders and exec level clients


• Organised, structured, and resilient under pressure


• Skilled in project tools (Excel/Gantt/timelines), with a keen eye for detail

Bonus points for

• APM, PMI or Agile certification


• Coaching or mentoring experience


• Background in internal comms, people engagement, or creative delivery
