This role will be within our water and wastewater capital project delivery team. Our teams deliver large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.
As our Senior Project Manager you'll be working on our Thames Water Capital Delivery contract. Ensuring compliance with M Group Water procedures to support the delivery of world class health and safety, customer and quality performance.
You'll collaborate with the client, designers and delivery teams throughout the Target Cost Setting, design and delivery phases of a project.
Ensure compliance with M Group Water environmental processes and procedures.
Deliver excellent customer service and achieve above target customer satisfaction scores minimise / reduce the number of complaints received.
You'll drive increase productivity, without compromising on safety and continuously drive efficiency. A
ssist in maximising cash collection and minimising work in progress and Deliver targeted margin.
Ensure projects are delivered in a safe. Efficient, timely way and promoting best practice in quality management.
