A leading technology services provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Rail to lead multimillion-pound projects in the rail industry. You will be responsible for managing project portfolios, ensuring financial performance, and developing high-performing teams. Key qualifications include a formal PM qualification and substantial experience in SISS or Telecoms related projects. Reporting into the Programme Manager, the Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of SISS related projects for our Rail customers on a national basis. You will develop and manage large teams with accountability for Health and Safety, Quality, Financial Performance and Operational Delivery.
This is a hybrid working role with a requirement to be in our Warwick HQ on a weekly basis, as well as ad-hoc travel across England and Wales.
You will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally managing SISS or Telecoms related projects within the rail industry. You will have experience managing a portfolio of projects upwards of 10-15M, along with the ability to lead and manage a high performing team.
