Job description
About the Role

This is a pivotal position within a fast-paced creative production environment specialising in creative and technical design, artworking, digital content, print, experiential brand activations, and sustainable production.

As a Senior Creative Project Manager, you will take ownership of key client accounts and projects, from receiving briefs to final delivery. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, client management expertise, and the ability to oversee all stages of the project lifecycle — from design and artworking to print, fabrication, logistics, and installation.

Projects range from small one-off deliverables to nationwide bespoke rollouts, often with demanding timelines. Clients include global luxury brands, museums, and high-profile organisations, where diligence, creativity, and consistency are essential.

This role also offers the opportunity to lead and grow an Accounts Hub — managing a team of project managers, coordinators, and administrators, ensuring excellence in delivery while driving growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client & Project Management
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and uncovering new opportunities.
    • Oversee a portfolio of projects, maintaining clear communication and alignment with client expectations.
    • Provide creative and visual merchandising input, offering both practical and creative guidance.
    • Manage CPAs, budgets, quotes, and project timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
    • Translate client briefs into actionable work orders, supported by data entry and documentation.
    • Prepare installation briefs for bespoke jobs and coordinate with studio, production, and installation teams.
  • Creative Direction
    • Guide conceptual design and development, ensuring creative outputs align with brand values.
    • Lead brainstorming sessions with internal creative and technical teams, as well as external agencies.
    • Balance creativity with budgets and schedules to ensure innovation without compromising quality.
  • Financial & Commercial Management
    • Maintain budget control and margin awareness across projects.
    • Identify and maximise commercial opportunities within existing and new client accounts.
    • Ensure accounts are kept up to date and invoiced accurately.
    • Contribute to business development by supporting pitches and developing new client relationships.
  • Hub Leadership
    • Lead and develop a dedicated project management hub, overseeing multiple project streams.
    • Support the growth and development of your team, ensuring best practice in project management.
    • Align with other hub leaders and senior management to ensure consistency and excellence in delivery.
    • Report regularly on project progress, challenges, and successes.
  • Teamwork & Culture
    • Collaborate openly with colleagues across departments.
    • Maintain a positive, respectful, and solutions-focused attitude, even under pressure.
    • Contribute to a culture of mutual respect, accountability, and creativity.
