Overview

Senior Project Manager - Major Hospital Projects (£20m+). We're working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor who are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver high-profile hospital projects across the London area. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a proven track record of managing large-scale healthcare schemes (£20m+ in value) from inception through to handover.

Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on hospital developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, client-facing confidence, and build trusted relationships with NHS stakeholders and design partners.
  • Oversee the delivery of large hospital projects, driving programme, budget and quality.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and consultants.
  • Lead and develop project teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Ensure strict compliance with H&S, CDM and environmental standards.
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on progress, risks and opportunities.
About You
  • Experience delivering major hospital or healthcare projects (£20m+) for a Tier 1 Main Contractor.
  • Strong knowledge of NEC / JCT contracts and healthcare sector standards.
  • Confident communicator, able to chair meetings and present to clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage large project teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Professional qualifications (degree level or equivalent).
