Overview

Senior Project Manager – permanent role in Life Sciences Design & Build, Swindon.

The Role

Reporting directly to the local Director, the Project Manager will take ownership of design and build projects from concept to completion. You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams, strengthen our local supply chain, and deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and commercial performance. This role is suited to a proactive, technically capable leader who thrives in a client-facing environment and is eager to be part of an expanding business unit with tremendous growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of multiple turnkey design & build projects
• Establish and manage project design requirements and technical solutions
• Oversee commercial negotiations, contractual commitments, and cost control
• Build and inspire high-performing project teams in Swindon and beyond
• Develop strong client and supplier relationships to secure repeat business
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Provide leadership in risk management, project scheduling, and compliance
