A leading construction recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a £10-£20 million Cut & Carve refurbishment project in Central London. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Project Management experience and hold CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, and First Aid certifications. The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage site operations effectively while meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, especially in Cut & Carve Refurbishment.
• Ambitious, dynamic, and client-facing personality.
• Ability to travel to and from sites in City of London.

Responsibilities

• Manage preconstruction processes and contract programming.
• Oversee daily site management and weekly progress reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and approval of contractors' RAMS.

Overview

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Central London

Type: Perm

With a turnover of over £100 million, one of UK's leading Fit-out/Refurbishment Contractors is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This Main Contractor is looking for a No.1 Project Manager who can lead the team and deliver the project to the client's requirements and expectations on a 2 Stage tender basis on projects ranging between £10-£20 million. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience within Cut & Carve Refurbishment with structural alterations.

Responsibilities

• Preconstruction
• Programming responsibility from contract programme onwards: design and build
• Site set up and strategy including logistics
• Planning
• 2 stage tender process
• Running the job as a number 1
• Daily site management and progress reporting weekly
• Check contractors RAMS for approval, tickets records and allocate inductions
• Costing, budgeting
• Check and approve benchmarks from contractors
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgets
