A leading healthcare trust in the UK is seeking a skilled project manager to oversee complex capital projects across multiple campuses. You will provide high-quality management from project inception through to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your role will include preparing service user briefs, providing expert advice on feasibility studies, and managing project teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse workforce committed to delivering excellent patient care across the South West of England.
You will provide high quality project management for complex capital projects over a wide range of values from inception to commissioning and handover to the Maintenance Manager and /or the clinical service manager – and significantly contribute to the management of the Trust's multi-campus, multi-building estate and property portfolio.
You will work to design, specify and cost to an approved brief and to deliver a completed signed off scheme to agreed programmes on time, within budget, and to specification.
